Great Nutrition Tip for Golf

In Golf nutrition means everything! Good nutrition means long-lasting concentration, more powerful focus, and ultimately a better game.

As part of Golf University’s weekly “Tip from the Pro” I videoed trainee pro Mitchell Sheather where he teaches us:

  • Nutrition could be the difference between a top place finish and missing the cut
  • How to stay hydrated and well-fed throughout the day

And …

  • The right foods (low GI) to eat to avoid sugar crashes and lapses in concentration

Which will ultimately…

  • Keep us alert and energised by carefully planning our nutrition and hydration
