How to Improve Your Short Putts

By March 26, 2016April 27th, 2018Blog, Golf

Sarah from our Facebook Group (which you can join) at www.Facebook.com/Groups/The19thHoleClub is having issues (like a lot of golfers) with her three/four foot putts; she keeps missing them!

As part of Golf University’s weekly “Tip from the Pro” I videoed Head Pro Gary Colquhoun at the Mandurah Country Club in Western Australia where he teaches us:

  • To stabilise the lower body on the smaller putts – no hip or knee movement
  • To keep the head absolutely still during the stroke

And…

  • To keep tight control over the putter during the hit

Which will ultimately…

  • Allow us to consistently sink those shorter putts
