Playing out of the bunker can be difficult.
But there is a way to master getting out of the bunker and it involves understanding the fundamentals of your set up.
As part of Golf University’s weekly “Tip from the Pro” I videoed Matt Cleverdon the Director of Instruction at the world renowned Kingston Heath Golf Club & Victorian PGA Teacher of the year at Kingston Heath Golf Club, in Melbourne, Australia, where he teaches us:
- How to set up your stance for better impact
- Footwork for balancing your swing
- An effective exercise for consistently making bunker shots
Which will ultimately…
- Improve your bunker game so you can get out of the bunker more often.
