How to Transfer Golf Practice Successfully To Competition

By May 30, 2016April 24th, 2018Blog, Golf

A lot of golfers, although killing it when they practice, struggle when they get out onto the course.

As part of Golf University’s weekly “Tip from the Pro” I videoed Lawrie Montague the former Australian Women’s coach and co-coach of the Indonesian Team at Joondalup Golf Resort, in Perth, Australia, wherehe teaches us:

  • How to avoid thinking too much come game time

And …

  • How to improve your accuracy with a target-practice exercise on the range

Which will ultimately…

  • Show us how to craft a practice routine on the range that will transfer to our game
